An unconfirmed source has advised CoCo the Blogging Dog that Barack Hussein Obama plans to buy every homeless dog a new dog house if he is elected as President of the United States. This project would cost the taxpayers an estimated 10 billion dollars, but will be worth every penny to end the homelessness amongst dogs.
A few naysayers may criticize because we are approaching 10 trillion dollars in national debt. Yet Obama does not seem worried as his supporters chant, "Yes we can!" The dollar is losing value because we do not have the gold to back up the paper anymore, but Barack Obama is not concerned as he just purchased a new printing press. The new dog houses will be placed strategically in all alley ways, parks, and most grassy areas.
Barack Hussein Obama also promises to build up our military, double our foreign assistance, provide free college tuition, invest 10 billion a year to make our medical records electronic, and lower all taxes! I think there will be lemonade in all the water fountains as well. Yay!! When asked where the money is coming from Obama says, "I am asking you to believe!!" *Cough* "Printing Press" *cough*.
