I have fleas!

I just found out today that I have fleas! The funny thing is, you couldn't see them by just brushing my hair. For the last couple of posts, all I could think about was how itchy I am. I'm sorry, maybe it's not so fascinating, but it has become an obsession. I have been scratching like crazy, and my mommy has been worried sick. The discovery started earlier today, when my mommy spotted something on my fur that looked like blood. She was so afraid I had scratched myself too hard. She swooped me up and began shaving my hindquarters so that she could get a better look. It turned out, it was just a little tomato paste. I had a piece of pizza earlier in my bed, and must have sat on it when I started itching. So, it wasn't blood, it was pizza sauce. Anyway, as she began shaving you could see fleas on my bald hindquarters! So that I wouldn't look silly with just one bald spot, she shaved me to look just like a lion! Roar!! I'm going to try to post pics of my new hair do in a few days. Anyway, it was back in the bath after that and I had to let the shampoo sit for a good 5 minutes this time. I feel slightly better, but will be happy to get my K9 Advantix in the mail in a few days. I sure would like to see this flea saga come to an end.
